Meet Root-Phoria™. Engineered right here at Mild to Wild Studio, this is our signature premium chunky aroid substrate mix. We designed this mix to mimic the airy, fast-draining tropical understory that your favorite divas naturally crave. It’s built to maximize airflow around the root system while helping to retain an optimal balance of moisture—making it much more forgiving than traditional, heavy soils.

The “Biological Battery”

Because our mix is loaded with Zeolite and Worm Castings, it is designed to act like a biological battery for your plants. When you water with your favorite liquid fertilizer, the Zeolite is meant to catch the nutrients and trade them to the roots over time. This helps buffer your nutrients, making a regular feeding schedule much safer and gentler on delicate root hairs.
