Root-Phoria™ Diva is a ready-to-use, coco-forward potting mix made specifically for Alocasia, sold in 1-gallon and 3-gallon bags. It's built to stay airy and drain freely while holding the moisture Alocasias like.
Alocasias are the ultimate divas of the plant world. When their roots are unhappy, they will let you know by dropping leaves and throwing a fit.
We built Diva for collectors who prefer a lighter, organic feel over heavy mineral substrates. Calcined clay, zeolite and charcoal add structure and air pockets to the coco base, so water moves through freely instead of pooling around the roots.
What’s Inside
- Coco Coir
- Perlite
- Tree Fern Fiber
- Calcined Clay
- Zeolite
- Charcoal
- Worm Castings
How to Use
Because we pack so many different particle sizes and chunky elements into this mix, settling will naturally occur during shipping. Please be sure to mix the bag well before each use so your pot gets a great balance of drainage materials and organic matter. For the best results, always pair this substrate with a clear nursery pot so you can monitor moisture levels!
