Alocasia New Guinea Gold Red Stem Variegated

Alocasia New Guinea Gold Red Stem Variegated — exact specimen pictured. Variegation: gold flecking. Rooted in a chunky aroid mix.

The Vibe: Gold. That's the word that hits you first. This Alocasia New Guinea Gold Red Stem Variegated unfurls a big, gloriously ruffled leaf in rich green, scattered with bright golden flecks and a sweep of gold along the edge and midrib, like sunlight caught in the folds. Those wavy, scalloped margins give her a living, moving silhouette, and she rises on the warm-toned stem that gives this line its name. She's bold, cheerful, and full of personality, the plant that makes you grin every time you water her. Gold-splashed New Guinea Gold like this doesn't wait around.

What You Will Receive:

• 🌱 The Exact Plant Pictured: This is a one-of-a-kind, WYSIWYG plant — you'll receive the exact rooted plant shown in the photo and video.
• ✨ A note on variegation: Variegation is living and unstable by nature — every new leaf is a surprise, and future variegation (or reversion) can't be guaranteed. That's the thrill of a variegated collector plant.

Grower's Pro Tip:
She's already rooted and established in a chunky, airy aroid mix, so she's off to a strong start — keep her warm, humid, and in bright indirect light. Keep a bag of our premium Alocasia substrate, Root-Phoria Diva, on hand for her next repot and she won't miss a beat.
